3 Infused Water Recipes to Keep You Hydrated

Raise your hand if you drink enough water every day… I know I don’t. The truth is, with our busy schedules and the other alternatives (coffee, tea, and soda) water takes the backseat. The consequences of not being hydrated are hard to ignore (fading energy and dry, chapped lips are not fun!) so, I’m here to present a simple solution to make drinking water fun: infuse it! Adding fruit to your water makes it delicious, refreshing, and can motivate you to drink more. See the recipes below for inspiration.

Lemon & Mint: This energizing combo is so delicious!

Raspberry & Lime: Sounds like a sorbet flavor, right? If thinking of dessert doesn’t get you drinking, I don’t know what will!

Ginger & Lemon & Honey: This one works best with hot water and is served by my school cafeteria as “flu juice”. Give your immune system a boost while staying hydrated!
